Ocean's Eleven - Movie Review

Made back in 2001, "Ocean's Eleven" was based on the idea that there is more to crime than meets the eye. Huh. It takes actual work to rob someone of their hard work...Ironic! Never having seen this movie before, the only thing I really had to compare it to was its' girl-based spin-off, "Ocean's 8." I enjoyed both movies, especially in their methods of story-telling. Though both movies revealed their overarching plans, there were still elements that they didn't reveal, so that they could seem masterful in the climax of the movie. I was surprised to see Don Cheadle in the movie, as his name wasn't used in promotional material. I later found out that he wasn't included due to the fact that Cheadle thinks "it's embarrassing to get paid for that movie [Ocean's Eleven]" (2002). He had a blast filming the movie, and so he didn't fight to get onto the promotional material, which is kind of intriguing given his later roles...
